Overview
PAYMETIQ combines a web-based billing and invoicing system for water, waste, heating and energy companies with a white-label mobile app for their customers. The utility records meter readings, calculates consumption against its tariffs and generates and prints invoices in bulk. Its customers download the app under the utility's own name from the App Store or Google Play, link their properties with a customer or invoice code, follow consumption, invoices and payments for each property, and pay the full balance or part of it by card from their phone.

Online card payments
Pay the full balance or a chosen amount by Visa or Mastercard through the configured payment provider.
Debt payment plans
Structured plans for outstanding balances.
Notifications
New invoices, confirmed payments and planned maintenance, each with a title, description and date.
Several languages
Customers pick the app language and manage their profile, password and properties in settings.
